The Christmas Novena of Saint Charbel

Saint Charbel doing his last mass

Day One: A Call to Renewal

O Saint Charbel, who surrendered your soul to God on a snowy Christmas Eve, teach us to let go of the burdens of our past and trust in the warmth of Christ’s mercy. May your example inspire us to begin anew, shedding the darkness of sin for the light of His glory.

Prayer: Lord, may the old self within me die, and may I be reborn in your love. Through Saint Charbel’s intercession, grant me the grace to seek renewal this Advent. Amen.

Pray: One Our Father, One Hail Mary, and Glory Be.

Day Two: The Light in the Darkness

O Saint Charbel, whose radiant light shone over the valley on the night of your passing, help us recognize the light of Christ that pierces through the shadows of our sin. Guide us to trust in His eternal hope.

Pray: One Our Father, One Hail Mary, and Glory Be.

Day Three: Embracing Repentance

O Saint Charbel, whose life of penance and prayer reflected complete devotion to God, teach us to turn away from sin and to embrace the grace of repentance.

Pray: One Our Father, One Hail Mary, and Glory Be.

Pray: One Our Father, One Hail Mary, and Glory Be.

Day Five: The Aroma of Holiness

O Saint Charbel, from whose incorrupt body flows the fragrance of sanctity, teach us to radiate the sweetness of Christ’s love through our words and actions.

Pray: One Our Father, One Hail Mary, and Glory Be.
