1. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order with SAINT CHARBEL SHOP, the buyer expressly agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to:

  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability

  • Missing or incorrect phone number or contact information

  • Failure to respond to carrier communications

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to pay customs duties, VAT, or import fees

  • Return to sender initiated by the carrier after delivery attempts

The buyer acknowledges that:

  • Proof of shipment, carrier tracking, and delivery attempts constitute valid evidence of fulfillment.

  • A return to sender due to recipient-related delivery failure does not constitute non-delivery.

Any chargeback initiated under these circumstances will be considered unjustified and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of customer service assistance

  • Submission of carrier tracking and contractual terms to the payment processor

  • Recovery of associated dispute fees where permitted by law

SAINT CHARBEL SHOP reserves the right to contest all chargebacks that contradict its Terms and Conditions of Sale.


2. PUBLIC-FACING REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Shipping Responsibility

All orders are shipped using third-party carriers. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including a reachable phone number when required by the carrier.

Once an order is shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Failed Delivery and Returns to Sender

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Missing or incorrect contact information

  • Failure to respond to the carrier

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Unpaid customs or import charges

and is returned to us by the carrier, the order is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the package is successfully returned to us, we may, at our discretion:

  • Offer reshipment at the customer’s expense, or

  • Offer a partial refund of the product value only, excluding all shipping, return, and carrier costs

Returns After Delivery

Returns are accepted only within 5 days of successful delivery and only for unused products in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. Approved claims will be replaced "or", if replacement is not possible, refunded for the product value only.
